I Make No Apologies for Learning

Deming was sometimes challenged by students in his seminars, claiming he had changed something he had said previously. He would say in his deep, low voice, "I make no apologies for learning." My audiobook Gene Kim, which I created in 2018, Beyond the Phoenix Project, which discusses Deming, makes me nervous to listen to it again. As I worked on my latest book Deming's Journey to Profound Knowledge, what I thought I knew changed profoundly. I wanted to create an enjoyable journey through the professor's life with my latest book. The historical record differs among researchers in some areas, and in others, opinions differ. I have tried to be as accurate as possible in my book, and I would always be glad to learn more. To be clear, I won't apologize for learning.
